About

“In Hamburg we say Moin.”

I’m Sani — singer-songwriter, music producer and film composer, born and based in Hamburg, Germany. I first sang in a church choir at six; at nineteen I moved to Los Angeles — the start of a road through three cities and three languages.

Busking in Santa Monica taught me to reach people in seconds. A scholarship took me to Musicians Institute Hollywood (film music); a year at Point Blank Music School London sharpened my production and audio engineering. Today I move between Hamburg and Los Angeles — writing songs in English, German and Spanish.

My film music has been heard on MTV, Amazon Prime, ARD and NDR 2. In 2026 I opened a new German-language chapter as BALADI.
